Shipping Cycles
Orders are sent once a week on Monday or Tuesday (if all is well). If an order is received on Sunday or Monday, it may be shipped in the following cycle. If you need your package by a certain date, please let me know and I'll see what I can do for you!


Shipping Speeds
Once shipped, orders sent within the US usually take 2-4 business days to arrive. Canadian and EU shipments can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. 

For the rest of the world, I'm afraid I cannot give an estimate. Some have been known to receive their order within a few weeks, while others have waited as long as several months for the shipment to arrive. 

If you live outside the US, I kindly ask for your patience.

Expedited Shipping
If you need your package sooner than projected, please reach out to me and I can give you options and estimates for faster delivery rates.

Missing Package(s)
If a package is missing, please check your tracking number first (if applicable). If you do not have one or the information is troubling, please contact me directly with your order details. It is unfortunate to say that in the event of a missing package, there is not much more I can do beyond submit an inquiry with the USPS. 

Please note that replacing your item may not be possible, as quantities are limited.

International orders (outside the USA) may be more difficult to solve, if at all solvable.
