Cancellations only accepted prior to shipping. 
Once an order has been sent, all sales are final. If you believe you have made a purchase in error, please contact me as soon as possible. 

Returns not accepted. 
In the event that an item is damaged, a replacement may be sent. Please see "Damaged Items" below. 

Damaged Items
If your merchandise is damaged, please contact me directly with your order number and a description of what went wrong. You must provide photographs of the damage to receive a replacement or full refund. If this is not possible, please let me know and I will do the best I can to help you. 

Missing Items
If you received your order but an item is missing, please diligently search your package as well as the other items in the order. Sometimes products are combined into one sleeve. If your item is still missing, please contact me directly with your order number and a description of the missing item. I will do the best I can to help you. 

Please note that replacing your item may not be possible, as quantities are limited.
